14. PARQ's and pre-activity readiness questionnaires collected at class are for assessing exercise suitability and insurance purposes. We never disclose any information to any third parties. The completed documents are kept in a locked cabinet and stored for 7 years, for insurance purposes.
15. If given permission to do so by you, we will add your name and email address only to our mailing system provider, MailChimp. For MailChimps privacy policy, please see their website. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the 'unsubscribe link' in any email sent. You are entitled to view any personal information we hold on you at any time.
16. If we have your permission to do so, will may contact you via text or via facebook messenger in the case of class cancellations or time or venue changes.
